Refund policy

At TMU Credit Solutions, we are committed to providing professional credit education and credit improvement services. Because our services involve time, labor, administrative work, document preparation, account review, and other services that begin after enrollment, all payments are subject to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made to TMU Credit Solutions are non-refundable once services have been purchased or initiated.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a service rather than a physical product. Once your payment has been processed and your account has been reviewed, onboarded, or work has begun, refunds will generally not be issued.

2.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment processor, clients are encouraged to contact TMU Credit Solutions so that we can review the concern and attempt to resolve it.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services while the matter is reviewed.
